Adds support for a keyword. The keyword itself needs to be defined with
@hyperjump/json-schema's addKeyword. Every keyword the validator uses
needs to be defined. Each occurrence of the keyword that fails gets its own
message from error, and requirement describes what each occurrence
requires. Use setErrorHandler instead for keywords that need to combine
occurrences into one message, keywords that are described together, or
applicators that make assertions of their own.
